- 2 cups of Pineapple, ripe.
- 4 Mr. Lucky Mini Cucumbers.
- 1 tbsp. of Ginger.
- 3 cups of water.
1. Peel the pineapple, mini cucumber and ginger. Remove the seeds from the mini cucumber.
2. Cut the pineapple and cucumber into squares.
3. Blend all the ingredients and strain.
* If you want more fiber, do not strain the water.
* You can add 1 sachet of stevia if the pineapple was not sweet enough.
