Planting and harvesting of Mr. Lucky vegetables is mainly done in the state of Guanajuato, in the central and northern areas. The processing and packaging plant is based in the city of Irapuato. Distribution centers are located in Mexico City, Monterrey, Guadalajara, Cancun and Irapuato, as well in Laredo Texas, in US.

Lettuce varieties: Iceberg, Romaine, Green Leaf, Red Leaf, Butterhead, Escarole, and Gourmet Lettuces, as well as Celery, Broccoli, Caulifloer, Purple Garlic, Spinach, Asparagus, White and Purple Cabbage, Radicchio, Sweet Corn, Snow Peas, and different varieties of Tomatoes: Beefsteak, TOV, Roma, Cherry, Grape, Heirloom, Shallot, Carrots, and Mini Cucumber.

MR. LUCKY vegetables are found in grocery stores and price clubs nationwide in Mexico, and in certain areas and stores in the U.S. However the variety of MR. LUCKY vegetables offered at each store may vary. We recommend that when you visit a store and do not find the MR. LUCKY vegetables of your preference to let the produce manager know as well as at the checkout counter.

Mr. Lucky offers two lines of vegetables: Fresh and pre-cut. Fresh vegetables require washing before consume. The pre-cut vegetables or salads are already washed and ready to be consumed. Each package has a description of the recommended way to use them.

It is a vegetable that is planted and cultivated using a production system that seeks harmony and the preservation of the environment through:

  • The use of natural inputs like compost and green fertilizers, as well as natural organic extracts.
  • Rejecting the use of synthetic fertilizers (chemical or chemical synthesis).
  • Rejecting the use of synthetic pesticides and insecticides (chemical or chemical synthesis).
  • Avoiding the use of any harmful or artificial product to health and the environment.

Organic vegetables are free from toxic or synthetic substances, making them healthier and more nutritious.

Yes, MR. LUCKY harvests all its organic vegetables under CCOF and USDA certifications, which confirm and endorse compliance with these organic farming practices.

The organic vegetables offered in the fresh produce line include: Iceberg, Romaine, Red Leaf, Italian, and Butterhead lettuce, Celery and Celery Hearts, Radicchio, Spinach, Garlic, some tomatoes varieties such as Beefsteak, Cherry, Grape TOV, Roma and Saladette, as well as Peppers. For the pre-cut line, it offers Italian and French organic salads, and Celery Sticks.

MR. LUCKY distributes its products in a large part of the Mexican territory through its distribution centers in Irapuato, Mexico, Monterrey, Guadalajara and Cancún.
