Ingredientes:

  • ½ cup of quinoa.
  • 1 cup Mr. Lucky mini flakes. Use your favorite mix!
  • ½ Mr. Lucky sweet corn, shelled.
  • 1 cup of chopped mushrooms.
  • ½ cup of cooked chickpeas.
  • ½ Mr. Lucky mini cucumber.
  • ¼ red onion.
  • ½ avocado, sliced ​​or diced.
  • 1 serrano pepper.
  • 1 tbsp. White Vinegar.
  • ½ yellow lemon.
  • 1 tbsp. olive oil.
  • Salt and pepper.
  • Maggie sauce.

Procedimiento:

  1. Cook the quinoa, chickpeas and mini flakes.
  2. Cook and shell the corn.
  3. Chop the mushrooms into squares and finely dice the cucumber, onion and serrano pepper.
  4. Marinate the mushroom, cucumber, onion, chili and chickpea in a bowl, with the lemon, vinegar, maggie sauce, olive oil, salt and pepper.
  5. Assemble the tower starting with the mini flakes, avocado, corn and mixture of mushrooms with vegetables.
