Ingredientes:

  • 125 g smoked salmon.
  • Tzatziki.
  • Mr. Lucky chopped mini cucumber.
  • 1 sliced avocado, sliced.
  • Nori seaweed.
  • Black and white sesame.

Procedimiento:

  1. Hydrate the seaweed in cold water for 4 minutes.
  2. Place the salmon slices on plastic wrap.
  3. Add the tzatziki, seaweed, avocado and the mini cucumber in the center, wrap with plastic wrap to form a roll.
  4. Remove the plastic wrap.
  5. Cover with sesame seeds.
  6. Cut and serve.
