Poblano and Corn Cream

Ingredientes:

  • 3 large Poblano peppers.
  • 2 sweet corn Mr. Lucky.
  • 1 Mr. Lucky garlic clove.
  • 1 med white onion.
  • 2 tbsp. Greek yogurt or unsweetened natural yogurt.
  • ½ cup of light milk.
  • Water (in case of being very thick).
  • Salt and pepper.

Procedimiento:

  1. Roast, peel and devein the peppers.
  2. Cook the corn and shell it.
  3. Sauté the onion (diced) and the garlic.
  4. Blend all the ingredients.
  5. Serve hot.
