Ingredientes:

  • 1 ½ cup of lentils, cooked.
  • 1 mango.
  • ½ cup of Mr. Lucky celery, chopped.
  • ¼ cup of Mr. Lucky bell peppers, chopped.
  • ¼ cup of Mr. Lucky white onion, chopped.
  • 1 lime.
  • 1 lemon.
  • 1 tsp. of white vinegar.
  • 2 tbsp. olive oil.
  • Salt and pepper.

Procedimiento:

  1. Chop the onion, celery, bell peppers and mango into cubes
  2. Cook the lentils, strain the water.
  3. Let cool.
  4. Add all the ingredients to a bowl and mix.
