Garlic Shrimp with “Chile Pasilla”

Ingredientes:

  • 10 med shrimps.
  • 1 clove of Mr. Lucky garlic.
  • 2 pasilla chiles.
  • 1 lemon.
  • 1 tbsp. olive oil.
  • Salt and pepper.

Procedimiento:

  1. Soak the chili in hot water for 5 minutes, remove the seeds and cut into julienne strips.
  2. Peel and cut the shrimp.
  3. Finely chop the garlic clove.
  4. In a hot skillet along with the oil, fry the garlic, add the shrimp, chili, lemon juice, salt and pepper.

Perfect to add to pasta, pizza or in tostadas!
