Chicken Wraps

Ingredientes:

    • ½ cup Mr. Lucky celery, diced.
    • Mr. Lucky organic lettuce leaves.
    • 200 gr. of cooked chicken breast.
    • 1 cup of grapes, cut in half.
    • 1 apple.
    • ¼ cup of chopped walnut.
    • ¼ cup of purple onion, finely chopped.
    • ½ cup of unsweetened Greek yogurt.
    • 1 tbsp. light mayonnaise.
    • Salt and pepper to taste.

    Procedimiento:

      1. Shred the chicken breast.
      2. Split the grapes in half.
      3. Peel and cut the apple into squares.
      4. Chop the onion, celery and walnuts.
      5. Add all the ingredients to a bowl, mix well and season with salt and pepper.
      6. Form the wraps with the lettuce and chicken salad.
