Ingredientes:

  • Vegetable or regular tortillas
  • 250g of cooked and shredded chicken breast.
  • 125g Greek or unsweetened natural yogurt.
  • ¼ cup of red onion, finely chopped.
  • ½ cup of Mr. Lucky celery, chopped.
  • ½ cup of chopped coriander.
  • 3 diced dates.
  • ½ cup of chopped walnuts.
  • 1 tsp. of dijon mustard.
  • 1 tsp. of honey.
  • 1-3 tsp. of powdered curry.
  • Salt and pepper to taste.

Procedimiento:

  1. Mix all the salad ingredients and refrigerate.
  2. When making the wraps: heat the tortillas a little so that they do not break, fill and form the wraps.
