Ingredientes:

  • 200 gr. chicken breast.
  • Maggie low-sodium sauce.
  • Worcestershire sauce.
  • 1 cup of shredded carrots.
  • ½ cup of edamame.
  • ¼ cup of red onion
  • 1 Mr. Lucky mini cucumber.
  • ½ avocado.
  • Mr. Lucky Popeye spinach.
  • Salt and pepper.

*For the Vinaigrette:

  • 3 tbsp. of olive oil.
  • 1 tsp. of dijon mustard.
  • 1 tsp. of white vinegar.
  • ½ yellow lemon.
  • ½ Mr. Lucky garlic clove, minced.
  • Dehydrated parsley.
  • Salt and pepper.

Procedimiento:

  1. Marinate the chicken with maggie sauce, worcestershire sauce, salt and pepper.
  2. Roast it and cut into strips.
  3. Chop the onion into julienne strips and cut the cucumber into squares.
  4. Use spinach as a base and add all the ingredients of the bowl.
  5. Mix the ingredients of the vinaigrette and add.
