Ingredientes:

  • 1 box of Mr. Lucky cherry tomatoes.
  • 100 gr. of feta cheese.
  • 2 tbsp. of balsamic vinegar.
  • 1 tbsp. of sugar free maple syrup.
  • 1 tsp. of olive oil.
  • Salt and pepper to taste.

Procedimiento:

  1. Cut the cherry tomatoes at the top and remove the filling.
  2. Dice the feta cheese.
  3. Fill the tomatoes with feta cheese.
  4. Mix the ingredients for the vinaigrette and drizzle the tomatoes.
