Ingredientes:

  • 1 cup of alfalfa sprouts.
  • ⅓ cup of chickpeas.
  • ½ cup of Mr. Lucky mini flakes.
  • ½ cup of hibiscus (for the hibiscus: minced onion and garlic).
  • 2 palm hearts.
  • 3 tbsp. toasted sunflower seeds.
  • 1 tbsp. olive oil.
  • 1 tsp. balsamic vinegar.
  • ½ lemon.
  • Salt and pepper to taste.

Procedimiento:

  1. Spread the vegetable Mini Flakes (the whole bag) on ​​a tray, season it with salt, pepper and a little olive oil. Bake for 15 minutes at 356 °F.
  2. Sauté a little onion and minced garlic and add the Hibiscus with salt and pepper.
  3. Cook the chickpeas, if you use canned, do not forget to rinse very well to remove excess sodium.
  4. Cut the heart of the palm into julienne strips.
  5. Prepare the bowl with all the ingredients and add the vinaigrette.
