Yogurt Jello with Berries

Ingredientes:

For the jello:

  • 125 gr. of unsweetened Greek yogurt.
  • 145 gr. of unsweetened plain yogurt.
  • 1 cup of almond milk.
  • 1 tbsp. of vanilla.
  • 1 monk fruit sachet.
  • 7 gr. of unflavored gelatin (one sachet).

For the sauce:

  • 1 cup of Mr. Lucky blueberries.
  • 1⁄2 cup of Mr. Lucky strawberry.
  • 1⁄2 cup of Mr. Lucky blackberries.
  • 1 monk fruit sachet.

Procedimiento:

For the jello:

  1. Moisturize and dissolve the gelatin (follow the instructions on the packaging)
  2. Blend all the ingredients.
  3. Refrigerate until set.

For the sauce:

  1. Cut the strawberries and blackberries in half.
  2. In a pot over low heat put the strawberries, blackberries and blueberries.
  3. Crush the berries with a potato masher or a fork until they form a puree, add the monk fruit and bring to a boil, stirring constantly.
  4. Add to the jello.
