Ingredientes:

  • 5 Mr. Lucky sweet corns.
  • 1⁄2 lt. of milk.
  • 1⁄2 lt. of almond milk unsweetened.
  • 1 large slice of cinnamon.
  • 1 tbsp. of vanilla extract.
  • 4 packets of Stevia.
  • 2 envelopes of unflavored gelatin.

Procedimiento:

  1. Cook and shell the corn.
  2. Add the milk to a pot and cook the cinnamon with stevia over low heat.
  3. Prepare the gelatin (follow the instructions of the brand you use)
  4. Blend the shelled corn with the almond milk.
  5. Add the blended corn to the pot, the gelatin, mix until the gelatin dissolves over low heat.
  6. Serve in molds, wait for it to cool down and refrigerate.
