Shrimp Tacos in Lettuce Leaf

Ingredientes:

  • 20 small shrimp, without head.
  • 3 leaves of Mr. Lucky lettuce.
  • 2 tablespoons of chipotle.
  • 1 lemon.
  • 1 clove of Mr. Lucky garlic.
  • 1 tsp. of avocado oil.
  • 1 mango.
  • 1 cup of rice noodles.

*Red onion, coriander leaves and black sesame.

Procedimiento:

  1. Chop the garlic finely.
  2. Peel the shrimp.
  3. In a frying pan with oil: fry the garlic, add the shrimp, lemon juice, chipotle, salt and pepper.
  4. Cook the rice noodles.
  5. Cut the mango and red onion into julienne strips.
  6. Set up the tacos.
