Ingredientes:

  • 5 Mr. Lucky mini cucumbers.
  • 80 gr. goat cheese.
  • 1 clove of Mr. Lucky garlic.
  • 15 gr. mint leaves.
  • Olive oil.
  • Salt and pepper to taste.

Procedimiento:

  1. Chop the garlic clove and mint.
  2. Mix the cheese with the garlic, mint, salt and pepper.
  3. Cut the cucumbers in half and remove the seeds.
  4. Fill with the goat cheese and serve with a little olive oil.
