Carrot and Sweet Corn Cream

Ingredientes:

  • 3 carrots.
  • 3 Mr. Lucky sweet corn.
  • ½ white onion.
  • 1 Mr. Lucky garlic clove.
  • 1 tbsp. of butter.
  • 1 cup of water.
  • ¼ cup of milk of your choice.
  • Salt and pepper to taste.

Procedimiento:

  1. Cook the corn and shell it.
  2. Peel the carrot and cook.
  3. Chop the onion into large squares.
  4. In a hot pan with the butter, fry the onion and garlic.
  5. Blend all the ingredients.
  6. Serve hot.
